Returns
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there is a problem, contact the ABS Office to so that we can work out a solution. If goods need to be returned, they MUST be accompanied with a returned goods form or they will not be accepted. This form is currently available from the office.
Available Information
Providing detailed product information to you is important to us at ABS Wholesalers. This is why we create a range of information book in-house for you to use. This includes:
- Customised Order Forms for each product
- Price Lists with detailed product information
- Product Reports which are issued regularly to keep you up to date
- Product Information Books with full colour images, diagrams and product guides for our entire product range
- Fabric Colour Guides for blinds and awnings which has every fabric in our core ranges scanned and assembled into a pdf for your reference
If you are missing any of this information, or you think what you have could be out of date, please contact the ABS Office and we will get you new copies.
Physical Samples
Sometimes a digital sample doesn’t do the trick, especially when colour matching is a priority. If you require something solid to show your customers, we can assist. Simply contact the office and let us know what you require.
We can also make up working hand samples of products or showroom samples. Information on pricing of these working samples can be found here.
We keep a supply of product samples on hand to assist in your selling role.
